It was twenty years ago today…. 

In commemoration of the 20th anniversary of Brian Brodeur’s production company on October 30th, 2021, Brodeur spoke with longtime friend, mentor and nationally-recognized educator, Bob Harris.

In a multi-episode series, Harris and Brodeur look back at the last twenty years of Brodeur’s career. Starting out under the NewYorkDVD brand, Brodeur found success in the Music Education market, working on projects for Music Sales (Wise Music Group), Carl Fischer Music, Hal Leonard Publishing, Fender Guitars and Hudson Music. DVD projects included artists such as Dave Weckl, Steve Gadd, Vinnie Colaiuta, Victor Wooten, Steve Smith, John Blackwell, Thomas Lang, Mike Portnoy, Peter Erskine, Phil Collins, Tommy Igoe, Gregg Bissonette, John Entwistle and Neil Peart.


Bob Harris Bio:

In his career in education that has spanned over 40 years, Bob Harris has excelled in the roles of innovative human resources professional, labor leader, organizational strategist, negotiator and author. In April 2018, Robert received the prestigious honor of being recognized as a 2018 Education Week ‘Leader to Learn From.’ Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in music from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA and a master’s degree in music from Michigan State University. Currently, Bob is pursuing his talents as a music composer and arranger from his home office in Plymouth, MA.
